Serrano Holds Hearing on Supreme Court’s Budget

Congressman Serrano held a hearing today in his Financial Services and General Government Subcommittee of the Appropriations Committee on the FY2010 budget for the Supreme Court. Justice Clarence Thomas and Justice Stephen Breyer appeared to discuss the Courts budget request.
