Education
Introduction | Press Releases | Legislation | Documents | Links
As a former educator, I understand the importance of a quality education. In Congress, I have fought fulfill the promise to fully fund the No Child Left Behind Act. I have also introduced legislation to ensure that we are investing in our children’s early education. Locally, I led the effort to create the Eleanor Roosevelt High School on the East Side of Manhattan.
