STATEMENT OF REPRESENTATIVE JOHN LINDER ON DR. RICE'S TESTIMONY BEFORE THE 911 COMMISSION

“Dr. Rice’s statement and testimony before the 9/11 Commission made an effective case of the Bush Administration’s conduct in the War on Terrorism. She has made it perfectly clear that this president and this Administration would have done everything in its power to prevent a terrorist attack had it known there was a specific impending threat. She also outlined the numerous steps that the Administration has taken to secure our homeland and prevent future terrorist attacks, including improving the sharing of intelligence between the CIA and FBI which was inadequate prior to September 11th.”
