Congressional Internships and Pageships

Congressman Frelinghuysen offers internships in both his New Jersey and Washington Offices. These internships are available for college students from the 11th District of New Jersey during the Fall and Spring Semesters and in the Summer.

It is possible to apply for a position as a Congressional Page through Congressman Frelinghuysen's Office as well. These positions are open to High School juniors, at least 16 years of age at the time their appointment begins. Applicants may apply to serve during the summer before or after junior year or for a semester during the academic year. Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of "B" or better in all major subjects.
