Senate amendments to the Claims Resolution Act of 2010

The Committee granted, by non-record vote, a rule providing for the consideration of the Senate amendments to H.R. 4783, the Claims Resolution Act of 2010. The rule makes in order a motion offered by the chair of the Committee on Natural Resources that the House concur in the Senate amendments to H.R. 4783. The rule provides one hour of debate on the motion, with 50 minutes equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Natural Resources and 10 minutes equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Ways and Means. The rule waives all points of order against consideration of the motion. Finally, the rule provides that the Senate amendments shall be considered as read.
