Thompson, Jackson-Lee Call on TSA to Reconsider Pat Down Procedure

November 19, 2010 (WASHINGTON) – Today, Rep. Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS), Chairman of the Committee on Homeland Security, and Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee (D-TX), Chairwoman of the Committee’s Transportation and Infrastructure Protection Subcommittee, sent a letter to John S. Pistole, Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration, calling on the Administrator to reconsider use of the controversial enhanced pat down protocols.
