Medicare Assistance

Medicare is health insurance for people 65 and older, under age 65 with certain disabilities and any age with end-stage renal failure (permanent kidney failure requiring dialysis or a kidney transplant).

The official Medicare website is the best source of general information.
www.Medicare.gov or you can reach the Medicare offices by phone at 1-800-MEDICARE

As the Medicare program has expanded to become more comprehensive, it has also become more complicated. Our office may assist you with some of the problems you may be having, such as enrollment questions or claims issues.

Please send a signed, detailed letter to my New York City office and INCLUDE YOUR MEDICARE number (usually, your Social Security number with a letter following). Please include copies of any pertinent correspondence.
