Washington, DC – Next week, Rep. Ben Ray Luján will travel to Cuba, Farmington, and Tierra Amarilla where he will hold several community events. In Cuba, he will hold a discussion on job creation and economic development with business leaders and community leaders. In Farmington, he will volunteer with local community organizations as part of his “Lend a Hand” tour and hold open office hours. In Tierra Amarilla, he will hold a discussion on job creation and economic development with business leaders and community leaders.

Rep. Luján has held a similar events on job creation and economic development in Rio Rancho and Las Vegas. Rep. Luján is a member of the House Democratic Caucus’ Jobs Task Force. Since November, Rep. Luján has volunteered with local community organizations as part of his “Lend a Hand” tour. During Rep. Luján’s “Lend a Hand” tour, is visiting community organizations throughout New Mexico and encouraging New Mexicans to lend a hand during the holiday season.
