On July 22, 2010 Lisa Feldt, Deputy Assistant Administrator of the Office of SolidWaste and Emergency Response, for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, testified. INnher testimony, she discussed the EPA proposed regulations for coal combustion residuals under RCRA.
