Retirement Security

As a member of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) and the Senate Special Committee on Aging, I will make retirement security for all Minnesotans a top priority. I believe that a good day's work should earn a good day's pay and that a lifetime of hard work should earn a secure and comfortable retirement. I will work to provide relief for retirees who have suffered dramatic losses in their retirement income, protect employee pensions, and ensure that all workers have access to automatic savings accounts in their workplaces.
