CB10RFP0003: A/V Upgrade for Conference Rooms
CBO plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for A/V Upgrade for Conference Rooms at the Congressional Budget Office's facilities located in Washington, DC. The government anticipates awarding a Fixed Price contract. This procurement will be a full and open competition. The NAICS Code and small business size standard for this procurement are 334310 and 750 employees, respectively. The Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) is attached to this Notice. Comments were due on July 6, 2010. The revised anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about August 4, 2010, with an anticipated offer closing date 3 weeks later. The firm date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the RFP.
All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available only over the Internet, at FedBizOpps and at CBO. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the RFP and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the DRFP, RFP and amendments (if any). RFQ09-0228: Affirmative Action Plan Analysis
A Purchase Order for this work was awarded to Sparlin Law Office, PLLC. The scope of work included a company to analyze CBO workforce data and prepare and analyze affirmative employment statistical reports. The Contractor would work independently and with CBO staff to complete the following components of work: (1) Workforce (Organizational) Profile; (2) Availability Analysis; (3) Incumbency vs. Estimated Availability Analysis; (4) Personnel Transactions Analysis; and (5) Plan Development Guidance.
