Railroad Antitrust Enforcement Act--Agreement: A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing that the order of Thursday, May 21, 2009 with respect to resuming the motion to proceed to consideration of S. 146, to amend the Federal antitrust laws to provide expanded coverage and to eliminate exemptions from such laws that are contrary to the public interest with respect to railroads, be vitiated; provided further, that the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to consideration of the bill, be withdrawn.
