I am able to arrange for an American Flag to be flown over the U.S. Capitol at the request of constituents of Ohio’s 8th District. To order a flag, you must either be a resident of my district or send a flag to a resident of the 8th District. There is an additional charge for flags flown over the U.S. Capitol to help process that request. Each flag flown over the Capitol will have an accompanying certificate that notes the date on which it was flown along with a short message to personalize the certificate.

There is no limit on the number of flags you may order. All flags are sold at cost and can take up to six weeks for delivery. Please allow for an additional 2 to 3 weeks for processing of mail to the Washington, D.C. office.
