Congressman Gutierrez invites residents of the 4th Congressional District to the "2010 Utility Assistance Day." The workshop will be held on Saturday, November 13, from 10:00am - 2:00pm at Casa Central (1343 N. California Avenue).

At this event, attendees will be able to:

• Apply for grants to help pay or reconnect your gas or lights

• Learn if you qualify for other funding for utility services

• Receive information on your pending CEDA application
