Washington, DC – On Tuesday, June 10, 2010, Congressman Steve Rothman (D-NJ) welcomed three students from Ma'ayanot Yeshiva High School for Girls in Teaneck, NJ to Washington, DC to congratulate them on their recent national achievement. These students – Eliana Applebaum, Ariella Applebaum, and Elana Forman – were selected as a winning group of the 2010 Toshiba/National Science Teachers Association ExploraVision Awards for their work in exploring human limb regeneration. In addition to their Coach, Phyllis Serfaty, (but not pictured) the students were joined by their very proud parents.
