Michael E. Leiter, Director of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC), who grew up in Englewood, NJ, also met with the Congressman and briefed him on the domestic security situation. NCTC’s mission is to lead our nation’s effort to combat terrorism by analyzing threat data, sharing that information with U.S. intelligence and law enforcement services, and integrating all instruments of U.S. national power to ensure unity of effort.
