On April 13, 2010, Members of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International (JDRF) thanked Congressman Steve Rothman (NJ-9) in the Congressman’s office in Hackensack, NJ. They expressed appreciation to Congressman Rothman for promoting the importance of juvenile diabetes awareness and fighting for greater funding for research. As a member of the Congressional Diabetes Caucus and the House Appropriations Committee, Congressman Rothman continues to support diabetes research and is a cosponsor of H.R. 3668, which will reauthorize funds to help find a cure for diabetes.
