Congressman Steve Rothman (D-NJ), a member of the House Appropriations Defense Subcommittee, traveled to Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Germany as part of a congressional fact-finding mission from March 4 to March 8, 2010. On March 7, 2010, Congressman Rothman had the privilege of meeting  with some of the heroic men and women serving in the U.S. military from New Jersey, including, from left to right, Army Major William A. Luckie (Pennsauken, NJ), Air Force Technical Sergeant Selena M. Maiava (Orange, NJ), Army Sergeant Major Brian Vanwagner (Montague, NJ), Air Force Technical Sergeant Joey S. Crowell (Hopelawn, NJ), and Marine Corps Major Joseph E. Donald (Rockaway, NJ).
