Candidate Fact Booklet - Printable Version
SAT and/or ACT scores
High School Transcripts
Three Letters of Recommendation
An Essay - explaining why you would like to attend your desired military academy (no more than 250 words)
It is imperative that you submit all requested information for Congressman Rothman's office to conduct an adequate review of your candidacy. All information should be mailed certified return receipt or hand-delivered to:
