contracting officers, a marketing tool for small firms and a "link" to procurement opportunities and important information. PRO-net has been integrated with the Department of Defense's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database creating one portal for entering and searching small business sources. This integration assists small businesses with marketing their goods and services to the federal government.

Kutztown Small Business Development Center
The Small Business Development Center at Kutztown University was begun in 1993. The Center provides general business consulting services and educational programs to entrepreneurs looking to start or grow a small business in Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Berks and Chester Counties.
Greater Harrisburg Chapter of SCORE
Affiliated with National SCORE Association, this non-profit organization is dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the US Small Business Administration.
Harrisburg Area Community College's (HACC)Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies
HACC formed the Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies to assist individuals in turning their dreams of business ownership into a profitable reality. Their focus is one-on-one counseling and educational programs that serve entrepreneurs from the initial idea stage through the first three years of operation.
