Flag Requests
Through my office, you can purchase a U.S. flag that was flown over the United States Capitol. We would be happy to have your flag flown on a specific date to mark a special occasion if you provide five weeks advance notice. (If you need to make a rush order, please call my office at 202-225-1784, and we will try to accommodate your request).
Please use the following form below, which will take you through a few simple steps so that you can print your flag order form to mail in with your check.
Regrettably, I am unable to fulfill flag requests from constituents outside of the 4th District of North Carolina. Please consult your Representative in Congress if you are not a 4th District resident.
