Melbourne, FL, Nov 23 - Building on the success of last month’s summit for local entrepreneurs, Congressman Bill Posey (R-FL) will host a second event in January to continue to bring together various entrepreneurs from across the Space Coast region to showcase their innovative technologies to potential investors and to the public. Posey’s second Entrepreneur Summit will take place at the Technological Research and Development Authority (TRDA) Business Innovation Center in Melbourne, Florida on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

January’s Entrepreneur Summit will be in coordination with TRDA, Brevard Workforce, the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast, Small Business Development Center at Brevard Community College, Women’s Business Center at Florida Institute of Technology, and Space Florida.

Companies interested in presenting must complete and submit an application no later than Friday, December 12, 2010 at 5:00 PM. Companies currently doing business in Congressional District 15 that have not made a presentation with Technological Research and Development Authority (TRDA) within the last twenty-four months are eligible to apply.
