A number of federal documents are readily available online, largely through three public resources – the
Government Printing Office, the Library of Congress's Thomas Web site, and the federal agency sites.

GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE

The Government Printing Office grants access to documents, including the Congressional Record, laws, and the reports from most federal agencies and departments. Fees do apply. To request materials, call its office at 202.512.1800.
