White House Tour Information - PLEASE READ

Thank you for your interest in securing a tour of the White House. If you do not receive an e-mail or call from us requesting further information (e.g. social security number, date of birth, etc) within two weeks of submitting the form, please call our office to follow up. We need that personal information in order to submit the request. Do not wait long before following up, or your request will not be submitted!

Once we submit your information into the system, the White House then processes the request and will notify our office of their decision to either accept the request or deny it. They notify us one week before the dates requested, so we can not confirm a tour until that time.

Please also keep in mind the following:

The White House has sole discretion on whether they accept or deny requests.

The White House operates on of a first come first serve basis, with an average of 4-6 months notice.

The White House does not accept any tour request with less than 28 days notice, so we can not submit a request without at least one month’s notice.

During peak tour season (winter break, spring break and summer) any request with less than 6 months notice has a small chance of being accepted.
