TOMORROW SATURDAY IN North Miami: Ros-Lehtinen@Joshua’s Heart Foundation Event To Distribute Food To Low Income Families In S. FLA

Miami, Florida -- Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen will join the Joshua’s Heart Foundation
and local youths to distribute food packages to low income families from our community. The event will
take place tomorrow, Saturday November 20th from 3:00 p.m.to 6:00 p.m. in North Miami. Ileana will be
there at 2:45 p.m.
Joshua’s Heart Foundation was founded by 9 year old Joshua Williams when he was just 5 years old.
As a very young boy, Joshua wanted to start a community effort to end global hunger and thus
Joshua’s Heart Foundation was born. The foundation is involved in various initiatives to
feed the hungry and this latest effort is just one of many projects this wonderful organization
undertakes. They are trying to end hunger one individual at a time.

Said Ros-Lehtinen, “I salute this young man for having the wherewithal, at such a young age, to want to help others by starting an organization that feeds those less fortunate in our community. We cannot forget that these tough economic times have affected some more than others and we have a moral and civic responsibility to help all we can. I look forward to spending tomorrow afternoon with these outgoing young men and women who are trying to make a positive difference in South Florida.”
