Information and Tickets for Touring Washington, DC For South Dakotans visiting the Washington D.C. area, my office can provide congressional tour tickets for several of the area's attractions. Tours are arranged on a first-come, first-serve basis. Due to the heavy demand for tickets, please contact my office to submit your request at least two months in advance or as soon as you know your dates of travel. If you are a resident of South Dakota and want to request congressional tour tickets, please call 202-225-2801. Please do not email your tour requests. My office can also provide you with maps and pamphlets, and even passes to the House or Representatives and Senate Galleries where you can observe the proceedings of the House or Senate. Washington D.C. is full of attractions for the entire family. The links provided offer information about available tours at some of the most popular tourist sites. Most tour tickets are free of charge.
