Washington Monument
Dedicated in 1885, this national treasure was built in honor of George Washington, best known for being our nation’s first president. Library of Congress
Created in 1800, the Library of Congress is the oldest federal cultural institution in the United States. Hour-long tours are available Monday through Saturday, and no reservation or tickets is required for individuals and families. National Archives
The National Archives hold the nation's most important documents. However, before its creation in 1934, each governmental agency was responsible for keeping its own records. Guests are able to wait in line with the general public on weekdays to view the collection of historic documents, though it is recommended that you reserve a tour here.
Bureau of Engraving and Printing
This agency is responsible for the creation of paper currency for the Federal Reserve System. Tours last approximately forty minutes and include an introductory video before the group gets to view the inner workings of the facility. Supreme Court
As established by the United States Constitution, the Supreme Court is the highest court in the land. Tours are usually offered daily and do not require a reservation. The Pentagon
The Pentagon is a state-of-the-art facility that serves as the headquarters for the United States Department of Defense. Tours are available on weekdays by reservation only and usually require substantial notice in advance since tour availability is limited. You can book your tour online by clicking here.
Arlington National Cemetery
This hallowed ground provides a final resting place for our nation’s uniformed men and women who have honorably and selflessly answered the call to serve our country.
