If you are a constituent of Florida's 12th Congressional District, you may purchase a flag that has been flown over the United States Capitol Building through my district office or Washington, DC office.
You may use the Flag ordering form below and mail it the printable order form with your check to my office.
If you are not a constituent, you should contact your Member of Congress for more information.
All flag requests must be sent by mail with a check made out to "Congressman Putnam’s Stationery Account." To order a flag, fill out the order form below to specify which size and style you want and click on the "Calculate Prices" button. A "Flag Order Request Form" will be automatically generated. Print out the resulting page and mail it along with a check for the appropriate amount to my District Office at 650 East Davidson Street, Bartow, FL 33830.
There is no limit on the number of flags you may order and flags can be purchased in multiple sizes. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery, depending on the availability of inventory.
