    Tickets and Tours

Washington, DC offers a wide variety of incredible educational opportunities.  Most tours and events are free, but some require advance reservations.  Rep. Slaughter can assist with the most popular tourist attractions, such as:

    WHITE HOUSE TOURS

For White House tours, please submit your request at least four months in advance of your desired tour date.  Because of limited availability for these tours, it is best to send me your request as early as possible.

After you have submitted your request online (see "How to Request a Tour" below), please fax this form to my office; White House tour requests cannot be processed until this form is received.

Please note the following additional notices, specific to the White House tours:

    1. While requesting a ticket early increases the likelihood of receiving a tour, I must note that it is not a guarantee due to the limited number of tickets available.  A final decision on availability is quite often not known until just a few weeks prior to the date of the tour.  Please be assured that I will inform you of availability as soon as possible, and that my office will make every effort to make sure that your visit is enjoyable.
    2. All guests 15 years of age or older will be required to present a government issued photo identification. All foreign nationals must present their passport. All other forms of foreign identification will not be accepted. Individuals whose identification does not exactly match the data submitted for entry or have an improper form of ID may be denied admittance.
    3. When submitting your security information, please provide your full name as it appears on the government‐issued photo ID which you plan to use when traveling to The White House (e.g. driver’s license or passport).
