U.S. flags may be purchased through my office and flown over the U.S. Capitol building. If you would like to order a flag, please fill out a copy of the order form below and submit it. Please send a check payable to "Lee Terry Office Supply Account" to the following address:

If you let us know far enough in advance, it is possible to have your flag flown over the Capitol on a specific date. Be sure to indicate the day on the order form. It takes approximately three weeks from the date the flag is flown to the date you should expect the flag in the mail.
