A message about e-mails to my office:

Due to a new system, my office now receives all constituent e-mails just once a day, whether I receive 20, 200 or 2,000 on any given day.  In the past, we received e-mails as they arrived at my office.  If you are e-mailing regarding an urgent matter, I recommend that you call my office at 440-352-3939 or 800-447-0529.  If you've recently sent an e-mail and didn't receive a response, you should follow up  by telephone.

Also, unlike before, this new system does not send out individual confirmation e-mails to let you know that your e-mail was received by my office.  Instead, you must complete all the fields on the e-mail form, enter your message and hit SEND.  You will instantly be directed to a confirmation screen on my website.  If there are fields you forgot to fill out, such as your address or zip code, it will tell you to complete those items so your e-mail reaches me.  Once you fill in the missing information, you be redirected to the confirmation screen, with a Thank You message.
