Visit Washington, D.C.

Are you planning a visit to Washington, D.C.? Whether you're coming on a short business trip, or an extended family vacation, my office can help you make arrangements for some of the more popular Federal attractions in our Nation's Capital.

We are able to help you request tickets for the White House, the U.S. Capitol, the Library of Congress, the Pentagon, the Kennedy Center, the Supreme Court, and the Bureau of Engraving and Printing.

These tours are an excellent way to see all that the nation's capital has to offer and all of these tours are of no charge to you. All tickets are provided to my constituents on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the large number of visitors, please request them as early as possible in order to maximize your chances.  You can request tours by contacting Devon Damiano in my Washington, D.C. office.

While you are in Washington, D.C., I also encourage you and your family to stop by my office.

Tours can be scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.  The Capitol is open on all federal holidays except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.  Private, staff-led tours may be booked in advance through my office. To schedule a tour, please contact Devon Damiano.

Same-Day Passes:  the Capitol Visitors Center offers a limited number of walk-up tickets that you can pick up at the reception desk.  Depending on the crowds, there may be a long wait for tickets.

Additionally, my office has Gallery passes that allow our constituents to enter the House Gallery and watch the Representatives vote and debate legislation on the House floor.  The House Gallery is open Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Please stop by my office to pick up tickets.

The White House

Requests for self-guided tours of the White House must be submitted through my office and can be requested no less than 30 days in advance and no more than 6 months in advance.  Tours are available from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Fridays, and 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturdays (excluding federal holidays).

White House tours are in high demand and we cannot guarantee that you will be approved for a tour. We encourage you to submit your request as early as possible since a limited number of tours are available. Overall, less than 10% of White House tour requests are approved, so please be aware that most people will not be approved for a tour.
