If you need assistance with a federal agency, please sign and complete the Privacy Release Form and fax it to my district office at 614-294-2384. Although I cannot override the decisions made by a federal agency, I can often intervene on a person's behalf to answer questions, find solutions, or just help cut through red tape. If you are in need of immediate assistance with an issue, please call my district office directly at 614-294-2196.
