WEST BARNSTABLE, MA -- At a ceremony yesteday morning in West Barnstable, U.S. Rep. Bill Delahunt joined with state and local officials to mark the start of a $30 million Cape Cod Water Resources Restoration Project designed to help clean up watersheds and boost fishing and shellfish employment.
