On Tuesday afternoon, the House voted 308-114 to approve a $58.8 billion supplemental appropriations bill that included funding for the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.  The Senate rejected House efforts to attach additional spending for domestic priorities, and sent a trimmed down version back to the House.  Delahunt voted no.
