07/12/2010

U.S. Rep. Bill Delahunt introduced the Main Street Fairness Act H.R. 5660 to help states retrieve billions in sales tax revenues that are owed but currently going uncollected.  This year, an estimated $18.6 billion will go uncollected.  Massachusetts will lose over $240 million.  By 2012, the states will lose $23 billion annually.
