My office can assist you with receiving benefits, eligibility determination, and replacement of medals earned.

If you need my help with a veterans issue, please print out my Congressional Inquiry Form and fax or mail it to my Orange County District Office office in Orlando. The address and fax number are at the bottom of the page.
