The Fourth Congressional district of Colorado is located in Northern,
Eastern and Southeastern Colorado, encompassing most of Colorado's
rural Eastern Plains, as well as the cities of Fort Collins, Greeley,
Loveland and Longmont in North-Central Colorado, and Fort Morgan,
Sterling, Lamar, and Las Animas in Eastern and Southeastern Colorado.
