My office receives a limited allotment of tickets for guided tours of the White House. If you are planning a trip to Washington and are interested in this tour, please contact my office at least six (6) weeks in advance.
Congressional tours are open at 8:15, 8:30 or 8:45 a.m. The White House will designate the time. The White House is not open Sunday or Monday and reserves the right to cancel a tour at any time. The White House may not have tickets for the day you request.
If we are out of our allotment of tickets, public tours of the White House are available. Public tours are offered Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 12 noon. Tickets for the public tours are distributed on a first come, first served basis at the White House Visitor Center on E Street at 15th street starting at 8:00 a.m. The actual time of the tour will be stamped on the ticket. One person may request up to six tickets.
