Through Chris' office, you may purchase flags to be flown over the U.S. Capitol to commemorate a special occasion.  After being flown, your flag(s) will be sent to the address you specify. 

Flags come with an official certificate that states that it has flown over the Capitol, as well as an informative booklet on the American flag.
