Help with a Federal Agency

As your representative, I can provide you with assistance when dealing with federal agencies.  My district office staff is comprised of a group of specialists that are prepared to assist you in dealing with federal agencies. 

The Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. § 552a) requires that Members of Congress or their staff have written authorization before they can obtain information about an individual's case. To open a case on your behalf, I first need you to print, fill out and sign a privacy release form by clicking here.
