Bono discusses the SPY ACT on appears on C-SPAN show "The Communicators

Originally introduced and passed in the 108th and 109th Congress by Congresswoman Mary Bono (CA-45), the SPY ACT was re-introduced by Congressman Edolphus Towns (NY-10) and Congresswoman Mary Bono on February 8, 2007 and is scheduled for Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Commerce, Trade and Consumer Protection 'Mark-Up' on Thursday, April 19.
