Affordable Health Care for America Act (H.R 3962) PDF Print
On October 29, 2009 a new version of the health care reform bill, H.R 3962, the Affordable Health Care for America Act, was introduced.  We are all hearing new information on the proposed health care legislation every day, and it's hard to keep track of what is accurate. We all want to make sure any health care reform protects our seniors, middle class families, and small businesses. It is also important that we ensure any reform offers more choices, not less, and keeps spending in check. That's why I decided to post the text of the proposed bill online. I want you to have the opportunity to read the bill as well, and let me know what you think. It's important that Congress be transparent throughout this process.

Below you will find a link to the full text of H.R 3962, Affordable Health Care for America Act. I will update this page with new information as I receive it.

I've been fortunate to hear from so many of you at the more than 25 health care events I have hosted since the beginning of August across New Jersey's Third Congressional District. I will host similar events in the future, but in the meantime, please send me your thoughts and ideas.

I will continue to study this working legislation and future proposals, and look forward to hearing from you.
