While we cannot make an agency decide a case in your favor, we can assist you by seeing that it gets timely consideration. The Federal Privacy Act requires us to have written authorization to act on your behalf. To comply, Privacy Act forms can be obtained online or from my Mobile or Baldwin County office, or you may simply send a brief description of your problem. Order a U.S. Flag: My office is able to secure, at cost, U.S. flags which can be flown over the U.S. Capitol.

Presidential Greetings: Presidential greetings are available to individuals who are at least 80 years old and couples married at least 50 years.

Passports: If you have an emergency situation and can allow at least 72 hours notice, we can provide you with a passport application and help speed the process.

Immigration: We can help with naturalization applications, immigrant petitions for relatives and adjustment of status applications that are delayed or lost.
