I want to thank you for your interest in pursuing an internship with my office.
I am restricted by congressional rules from paying interns. However, I can offer the opportunity to obtain college credit (please inquire with your academic advisor to determine if you are eligible to participate in an intern-for-credit program). Plus, the knowledge you will receive from interning in my office can be a great learning experience and will prove to be quite helpful in your future academic and career opportunities.
My internship program is very flexible and, if you are selected, my staff and I will do our best to work around your schedule. Once I receive your application, detailed materials on the internship and expectations will be promptly sent to you. An interview will also be conducted.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call me toll-free at 1-888-909-RYAN (7926). I appreciate your interest in learning more about the political process, and I look forward to receiving your application.
