Rep. Waxman Writes Letter Supporting Disclosure of WHINSEC Names

Rep. Waxman joined 31 of his House colleagues in writing a letter to the Chairman and Ranking Member of the Senate Armed Services Committee asking them to support language in the House-passed FY2010 National Defense Authorization Act that would restore public access to the names of graduates and instructors at the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (WHINSEC), formerly known as the School of the Americas (SOA).
