Washington, D.C. – Congressman Jerry McNerney (CA-11) today announced that a record number of students from the 11th Congressional District have been accepted to attend a military service academy.  Every year, Congressman McNerney nominates high school students from the area for acceptance to these prestigious institutions.  This year, the following 17 students from the 11th Congressional District have been accepted to attend a military service academy.
