Congressman Kanjorski to Participate in Homeownership Forum

WASHINGTON - Congressman Paul E. Kanjorski (PA-11) will participate in a free Homeownership Forum sponsored by United Neighborhood Centers and local community groups at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2007 at the Lackawanna College Student Union Building, 500 Jefferson Ave. in Scranton. The event is open to the public.

Representatives of United Neighborhood Centers, Freddie Mac, Community Intervention Center, First National Community Bank, Lackawanna Neighbors Inc., Neighborhood Housing Services of Lackawanna County, Northeast Pennsylvania Center for Independent Living, Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS, Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, and United Way of Lackawanna County will be on hand with information.
