How should America solve its energy crisis?

	Raise taxes on oil and other carbon-based energy sources to reduce demand.
	Increase domestic production of ALL sources of energy.
	Use government-imposed mandatory energy conservation measures, such as new mileage standards for cars and trucks.

With gas at $4.00 a gallon, and going up, it is time to stop tying our own hands on oil and gas production. For too long, too much of America has been off limits to oil and gas exploration and production.
