Congressman Joe Pitts (PA-16) voted against H.R. 7321, the bailout legislation for the Big Three auto manufacturers.  He released the following statement after voting no: "This bailout will protect unions and empower bureaucrats, but I fear it will do little more than forestall the inevitable...I drive an American car because I believe in American built products.  I want to see these companies survive and I want to see these jobs stay here in America, but this will take restructuring, not a government bailout."
